 View the InfoLok Comparison Table InfoLok is a smart digital access control system, which prevents unauthorised use of equipment. With this easy to use fleet management system, data is transferred from the truck to the computer by use of a specific Data Transfer Key. InfoLok prevents unauthorised use of equipment, by requiring drivers to log onto vehicles using our Innovative Driver Key Fob. A 'three strikes and you are out' system is used, causing drivers to be accountable for their impacts. Should a driver accumulate 3 impacts without reporting them to a manager, InfoLok may be set to prevent the driver from accessing any truck until his/her key is cleared by the investigating shift supervisor or manager. Health & Safety is proactively enhanced by identifying black spots and reducing the potential for accidents. Continuous site assessment through analysis of impact reasons & locations is available to managers. User friendly InfoLok software is installable on all current Windows operating systems. It is available in various configurations from a stand-alone machine to multisite, networked locations. This means no expensive alteration to your existing computer or computer system is required. Software is accessed by secure, site-specific InfoLok Manager Keys. Management are provided with up-to-date data in the form of an extensive range of standard or easy to create customised reports. These can be automatically emailed to the appropriate managers. These comprehensive reports show driver and truck utilisation, as well as fleet activity (including uptime & downtime), truck movement, lifts & impacts. These can be used to monitor driver, truck, department (single or multi) or site (single or multi) performance.
